What is your return policy?

Products may be returned within seven days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, along with the original receipt or proof of payment.

Please notify us at info@jarmanph.com and send your item to 53 P Florentino St. QC 1114, either in person or via a courier (cost of which shouldered by the customer).

All returns are subject for review by our team. We have the right to reject return request if it did not meet our set guidelines. Returned items with no proper documentation will not be accepted.

What if I order the wrong size? (What is your exchange policy?)

Within seven (7) days of your purchase, will be allowed to exchange your item for your preferred size, as long as your item is in unused condition in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. We follow a strictly no receipt, no exchange policy.

If you are exchanging your item for something of higher price, you will be charged the difference. If for a lower price, the difference shall be refunded.

What is the cost of shipping?

You will be charged Php100 for standard delivery within Metro Manila, and Php350 for provincial delivery. If your delivery address is detected to be within 5 kilometers of our warehouse at 53 P Florentino St. QC, you may avail of the local delivery option, which is free of charge.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 2-3 days of confirmation. You will receive updates through SMS and/or email about the status of your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept GCash, bank deposits to BDO, BPI and RCBC, cash on delivery, and cash on pickup.

May I pickup from one of your retail stores?

This is not allowed, you may only pick-up your orders from the warehouse at 53 P Florentino St QC.

Are the prices the same at your retail stores?

We post the same price here as in our retail stores, however we may have promos and sales that are exclusive to the website.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

We will notify you that an attempt was made to deliver your item, and another attempt shall be made once you reply to our notification. If you do not reply within a week (7 days), your order is considered cancelled.
